I am only a week sober, but I am finding the fatigue crushing at times. I am all bright eyed & bushy tailed in the morning, and by mid-afternoon I am wondering if it is worth the effort to take another breath - Not suicidal, just bloody tired

Whole foods like nuts and fruits, lean proteins, and fruit juices seem to help. I am also taking Ashwagandha on the recommendation of a friend. It a ginseng like herb that is supposed to help with energy and stress. Be nice to yourself, and have confidence that your body can heal.
