Hi girloverboard. I just want to say Welcome to this forum and I hope you'll keep coming back. Thank you for the offer of support for all of us here. We do need it.

I'd also like to say that it sounds like Lily has some really good ideas. I don't think that I could add anything better to what she said. I think that it all just comes down to really believing that we have the power to choose what we want for ourselves and for us to try and make the best choice, just one trying moment at a time and then getting up to try again even when we slip. I also believe that it's most important to work our recovery program with others who need to work their recovery program too. If we try to do it by ourselves, it'll be next to impossible. That's just my 2 cents.
