Sometimes I find random things in literature or on the internet (usually when I should be working!) which help me get through the day, and I thought I would put some down here, partly for me to refer back to (I can never find them again!) but also, they might help someone else.

I don't have to like reality only to accept it for what it is. Just for today, I will love myself enough to give up a struggle over something that is out of my hands. ( Laurie ) 7/25/00
