I totally agree with KJ. NA meetings are a great place to find support for your recovery and to build friendships with people who are not using. I can't attempt to make any helpful comments on the remainder of your post because I don't know anything about you yet. Maybe you would like to tell us a little bit about yourself, your history of addiction, and something about your family. Getting some of that information out might help you as well. I noticed that every line of your post, except one (and besides the question), ends in an exclamation point. That indicates to me that you have a lot of emotions that may have been numbed and are now begging to be released. Although this forum is a good place to do that, NA can help you with that as well.

One last thing for now, you're right about the fact that Suboxone can help a lot to lift the obsession and to make it bearable. As time goes by, however, your brain will figure out that it's not going to get high off the stuff and you may begin to struggle a bit more with dreams and urges. I personally believe that anyone using Suboxone without working a recovery program (such as a twelve-step program) is bound to relapse because the Sub does little more than mask the addiction. It doesn't put our addiction into "remission," as will happen as the result of working a recovery program.

I'm really glad to read that your head is clearing.
