I found when I first quit using drugs keeping a journal here really helped so I'm going to do the same here now that I'm quitting smoking.
Later I will do a CBA from SMART Recovery.
Today is day 1, action day. I know that I really want to quit smoking but day three is always the hardest day for me. Since keeping busy helps me A LOT I have chosen to quit while I pack to move. I am using the patch for two weeks, as in the past it hasn't made a difference after that. I have quit before for over three years so I know I can do it.
My replacement is those nice mint gum, the type with sweet flavor to freshen breath.
