I think you'll be surprised if you just open yourself up to the experience. And remember, it's not about wallowing in remorse, guilt, or self-pity. Remember you are going to these people as one of God's kids. In fact amends is just one of God's kids that's made some mistakes going to talk to another one of God's kids that's made some mistakes.
