Em, the Big Book tells us we can go anywhere, so long as we're in fit spiritual condition. I've been in bars, at parties and in restaurants that served alcohol. In all cases, I had a good reason to be there, I was in touch with my HP before, during and after, and I kept a close eye on my spiritual condition. I've left early, gone late, and stayed the whole time.

Does your sponsor express concern for your spiritual condition?
