Second.. yes. I don't feel anger (the really livid type)- at everyone, just ...a lot of people!.. I get that a lot because of the way I see Society.. the way they are so flippin' dead to what's going on around them... so dead that they just push and shove you out the way ...and don't apologise (happened to me today, twice, actually...).
Why do you feel so angry today/night? What happened?
How to deal with it.. many ways, suggestions: Meditation (put on a relaxing tune and chill out); Take it out on a pillow; buy a punchbag and take it out on that and then breathe....; write it all out in a journal; go for a long walk.....
