Hi Joe, I have been struggling with anxiety & panic attacks for over 20 years. Definitely see a doctor regarding this, I understand what you are going through.
It is pretty scary isn't it? Its hard to explain to people that dont have it. Its also known as a fight or flight response, basically we are releasing all of the same endorphins & chemicals into our body as someone who may be fighting for their life... problem is our attacker isn't visible. Just to make things worse we also have the catastrophic thinking etc. to really kick things in & keep them going/feed them.
Take some time to go to the doctor & to learn about your situation, you are worth it.
