Ok... Thanks soo much. I knew this one smelled of one of those ones where you follow complete directions only to find out the contrary.

I may have taken it early but.... one thing I have noted is the fatc that people mention spitting out this stuff...... Now its time to t laugh because I do not remember hte doctor explaining this part to me. I let them dissolve but I was passing everything else. I an willing to bet my life this is why. That and the fact I m just starting them. Thanks sooo much. srry to be short but I have to go lay down....projectile vomit and perma nausea isnt fun
