Actually, the headache, sleepiness, and the nausea may be precipitated withdrawal brought on by taking the suboxone too soon after a fix. Did you wait about 24 hours after your last fix to take your sub? The only other thing I can think of would be that the nausea is possibly caused by swallowing after you let it dissolve. Some of us had to spit out the orange stuff after we let it dissolve for about 1/2 an hour in our mouths. You did let it dissolve for at least 20 minutes, didn't you?
If it is precipitated w/d, you will be sick awhile, but it will resolve. However if it is some type of allergy or sensitivity to the naloxone, you may have to spit it out after the 20 minutes instead of swallowing.
I urge you to talk with a doctor, or go to the ER if you are feeling really ill. Don't try to resolve this on your own by taking some other opiate, as it'll just get worse.
The subs were an absolute miracle for me. But I also took them exactly as prescribed, and went to NA all the time, got a sponsor, a home group, a network, service commitment, etc. I suggest you do it all. Don't cheat yourself out of any part of recovery, because all of it is wonderful. Hang in there, it gets better, and call a doctor!
Love,
KJ
