Hello KMS, and welcome to SR! You can search for meetings on the AA website here Alcoholics Anonymous : How to Find A.A. Meetings but I don't think any meeting list is going to mention whether meetings are kid-friendly or not.

Mu suggestion would be to call the local intergroup office for your area, they might be able to direct you to larger open meetings that are OK with children present. I took my kids to meetings for years, they behaved well and were usually quiet. It's not unusual to have children at our meetings. The way I see it, it's more important to have a parent get recovery, than to worry about a child being in the room.
