I am so sorry you have to deak with a system like yours. I have cried out so many times for the flashbacks to stop too. They just do not know the hell one mins equals or feels like months. Please come back and vent and get support here. There is more love here than I ever could imagine and I love this place. I am new but people here really love, honor and support each other.
