Nina, I think you know I follow my own loose version of Weight Watchers, I don't attend meetings but I log everything I eat, track the points, and weigh in every morning, trying to keep my point count under 26 every day.
It definitely helps keep me accountable, to look back on the day and see where I've made poor choices or overeaten.
