well, it could be pms, or be hormonal,
or your having a rough time.
treating yourself (i.e. having a baath, pampering yourself, luxury stuff)
is really hard to drag yourself to do, but it's nice to have a physical reminder that you're worth it.

if it goes on too long, maybe seeing a doctor would help
I used to be terified of mind-altering drugs (too many sci-fi movies)
but if something biochemical can make you feel better, it's worth a try
