Help with Oxycodone...I'm from Singapore

Hey everyone, I'm from Singapore. Was involved in a nasty car accident and have since undergone 4 major and 2 minor surgeries. I was moving up the ladder of painkillers. I'm now currently on

1) Codeine 60mg (3X daily)
2) Oxycodone IR (35mg morning, 35mg afternoon, 70mg evening)
3) Oxycodone SR (20 mg morning, 20 mg night)
4) Morphine Sulphate SR (60mg morning, 60mg night)
5) Tramadol 100mg (3X daily)

I tried taking off the Oxycodone as I had felt it becoming quite hard to live without. Was hit hard by the withdrawals as soon as 4-6 hours after the last supposed dose. My mind is willing but my flesh is weak.

I would like to know if I continue with my Morphine, am I able to skip the Oxycodone? Heard somewhere that they can be converted to each other (equivalent mg for mg).

Just to add on, the moment I stop, I get hit hard with cold shivers, diarrhoea, nausea, insomia and having no appetite. Is this common for withdrawal? What can be done about it? I really feel like reaching back to the pill everytime this comes on.

I can't seem to stop the Oxycodone. I really don't know what to do. Any comments out there? Greatly appreciated. Thanks!
