go to 'user cp' and click it (left hand side of the blue toolbar above us)
click '
user control panel'
on the new page, on the left hand side scroll down
see 'your profile'?
click 'edit profile picture'....
and from there, it's just like an avatar.
This is for the pic that will appear at top on yr profile.
