my doc says i have PTSD and i need to see a shrink
i have fibromyalgia and the doc says its my mental state that is causing it
so i have had one session and the shrink has booked me in for another ten
who knows maybe i am nuts i really don't know
what they want me to do is find a happy place then give me happy thoughts then when i am happy they want to start talking about the bad stuff so the edges get blurred so when i think about the bad stuff the happy thoughts come too
they even recon they are going to hypnotize me
