This is my first post on sober recovery. I have been sober since October 11 2008 after 40 years of heavy, often out of control drinking. I owe my sobriety in large part to the WQD forum - the one I chanced upon first and which, small and intimate, reflected better my needs. I have had a look round sober recovery today, it looks a great place and is helping an army of people in need. I am so grateful to Sober Recovery (as to WQD) for all the wonderful work you do. You guys gave me my life back. Thank you.
