Wish I knew what speed it was. It is a treadmill speed of 11, whatever that translates too. Not sure? It's different on every make and model. Would it indicate somewhere on the panel what speed I am running at?

Glad to hear this as I rather enjoy doing it, it's less boring than straight jogging.
