I didn't do it from day one, but I started getting really serious about daily meetings when I was 5 months sober. Then I went to two or three a day, every day, and sometimes I took my kids with me. It was a matter of life or death for me, I figured if I could make any excuse to drink, then I had zero excuses and plenty of time to make it to meetings.
