I saw this book at my local food co-op.
I didn't pick it up, but it sounds like good information.
I remember thinking to myself,
"Great, another book telling me the truth about
what I've been eating. This will really help my anxiety. (Sarcasm)"

Though the concept of the human being an omnivore,
is actually quite fascinating, I'm considering starting to
put small amounts of wood, paper and wild bark into my diet,
to reawaken the appendix, which has shrunk through evolution,
but its only purpose is to digest wood. Then I could eat pages
of books when I'm done reading them; as long as the ink was non-toxic.
