I was at work on my nightshift job. I had about 115 days sober and had had a very tough day. Drinking kept popping in my head, and I knew that was a terrible idea. I didn't want to bother anyone in the middle of the night, so I went on the internet. I was hoping to find some wise words or advice or anything to get me out of the "funk" I was in. I felt like I needed some support or help--I typed in sober and next thing I knew I found SR. I started reading some of the entries and immediately felt like someone out there understood me. I have never blogged, or chatted, or posted anything before then and now I am so grateful to have support and advice right here at my fingertips (literally). Thank God for SR-you guys are wonderful!
