Diet is 70% of the equation and exercise the other 30%. I would recommend your exercise first thing in the morning to get the metabolism going. Instead of 3 main meals a day eat 6 smaller meals (that way your metabolism is working constantly). Limit your carbs (sorry about the bread and pasta), and no carbs after 3pm.
Drink lots of water and green tea.
