Yer Welcome, Out!

I have no problem with this outlook, except the 'transcendence' part.
Even when I quit for over two years, and thought I was done for good,
when my anxiety hit the bigtime, I relapsed.

I've also heard of others that have quit for over 20 years,
And relapsed back to smoking.
So, it's true enough. It only takes one
to bring us right back to where we were before our quit.

Now, I'm not trying to speak for everyone.
But, I do know for me, and for many,
It's a lifetime of vigalence
And behavioral change.
Personally, I do not think that 'transcendence'
will ever hold true *for me.*

Shalom!
