I wish we weren't a half country apart; I'd love to be your fitness buddy during our quit
Oh, how I'd LOVE that !
You've definitely inspired me.
I had back surgery for a ruptured disk about 12 years ago.
I've been VERY fortunate not to have any real problems with it since...except...when I wake up in the morning lately I move like Tim Conway used to do on the Carol Burnett show...you know...the shuffle. Its pretty sad to see me go outside to get the newspaper in the morning.. All of this and I'm only 44 years old ! ha !! I know without a doubt that if I just got my core back into shape that my back issues would cure themselves.

Thanks for the inspiration and encouragement.
I've just about made it thru day 5...so things are defintely going well.

Big hugs.:ghug2
