I was given Librax, (Chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride plus clidinium bromide) when I couldn't hold anything down for a few days, helped my stomach tolerate fluids so I wouldn't dehydrate. Of course it happened after I had a bad reaction to alcohol... 3-4 glasses of wine was all it took. Whenever I've taken it, it wipes me out, can't function. Sometimes I get nausea/dizzy spells out of the blue and have taken it to overcome that. But I need to stay in bed and sleep it off.
