I have a My Space blog.
My space - Windows Live I started it when I first got sober and it was a tremendous help to me. I just went to MSN.com (I think) and followed the links to create a blog, I am not terribly computer savvy. I wrote about things I was going through at the current time and in the past; I wrote about my dog dying and then adopting new dogs; I posted pictures of some of the people/creatures I wrote about. I don't know that anyone else ever read my blog, I didn't care, for me it was just a way to leave my 'mark'. I haven't written on it in probably a year because my life has calmed down but if stress again burdens me I will write more.
