If it's truely a disease the doctors need to treat it as such. I am entitled to a safe and comfortable detox. What's so wrong with that? I don't want to feel anxious from the withdrawal. These ER doctors treat me like garbage. I don't even get my own room! I'm just placed in the hallway. Maybe I deserve a discount rate when I get my bill.
Why should I suffer needlessly? I guess that's what I deserve being an "alcoholic."
