1 month today no drinkink my first big milestone
i gues i wont be posting anything else blowing my own trumpet until i have done two months
i feel ok now first week i felt great weeks two and three were frankly really depressing ,i missed my old beer drinking lifestye ,now i cant wait till i'm really healthy and start at a gym,you guys have been a fantastic help to me and every time i have hit a wall you guys tell me how to break through it ,i wonder how many lives this forum has saved ... well done you guys i doubt if i could of gotten this far without you
