I am not going to rescue them anymore when shifts aren't covered because they've scheduled people who don't want to work - especially people who have been giving me fits and they don't back me up as supervisor in conflicts with these people.
It felt good to know I didn't have to worry about who is going to cover the shift.....not my problem!
