- the exhilaration of the sea breeze upon me
- feeling my bare feet on the sand or on the grass
- feeling the comfort of God
- releasing pain through crying and then feeling lighter
- dancing around the house like a !@#$!#%!#~
- my godson when he looks at me with the wonder of learning something new
- how the heart can feel in my partner's embrace
- the smell of jasmine in the air at night
- ducks quacking with attitude
- coming into a heated home from the cold
- eating a good meal when im hungry
- how singing hymns makes me feel inside
- the feeling of peace after a recovery meeting
