Cleansing, how many calories do you take in every day, not counting your binges?
I have the same symptoms at night when I have been trying to cut calories TOO much, or remove too much fat from my diet. Also, Alli is thought to be good because it blocks fat absorption, but there is such a thing as not getting enough healthy fats (nuts, avocados, etc.) I've experienced insomnia, dry skin/hair, cravings, depression, etc. as a result of an extremely low-fat diet.
Anyway, when I run, I HAVE to have a high-carbohydrate evening snack or else I will eat the whole house down in the middle of the night. A toasted bagel and jam is my personal miracle cure for that
