Hey cleansing,
Part of the problem could be that you are not taking in near enough calories during the day for all of the working out you do, so your body is starving by night time. I do struggle with late night eating too. I try to at least keep it to something healthy, fruit and nuts mostly. I'm with itisatruth, if I have it in the house I will eat it. That is why I do not keep icecream in my freezer, because I love it. I have heard that brushing your teeth and using mouthwash helps some people with late night cravings. Hope this helps.
