First of all.....good for you doing all you are already doing!
As far as the late night cravings, the only thing that really worked for me was to not have the stuff in the house. Seriously, if it's here I'll snack on it. I gave up sugar for health reasons years ago so that's not so bad for me, but the salty stuff - popcorn with real butter and lots of salt, chips, nachos.....mm - mmm -- mmmmm. So, I just don't buy it.
So that's what worked for me....hope you find something that works for you.
