It seems like I won't ever lose weight, I'm doing everything the right way too.

Well that's a lie, I have one major fault in my weight loss program, and it makes me what to give up on everything. just so you know, I'm male 5' 9" 174 pounds, trying to be 165-168. Let me tell you what i do

I excercise about 6-7 days a week, sometimes twice a day, at least an hour each session. Sometimes I jog, sometimes I use my sprintmaster/gazelle. then after that I'll do 90 crunches, 45-60 reverse crunches, 66 pushups, 45 leg raises each leg, and some calf raises still i can't do anymore.

I eat a pretty light breakfast and lunch. not a lot of calories or fat intake during those meals.
Dinner is usually heavier though. But overall it's a reduced-fat, reduced calorie diet. The reason I use that diet is because of
Alli.

I'm on Alii. Now I stay away from diet pills, but Alii is different. First of all, it's been rated by many media outlets as one of the best diet plans out there because it actually works. Its primary function is preventing the absorption of fats from the human diet, thereby reducing caloric intake. Alli inhibits the enzymes that break down triglycerides in the intestine, so about 25 percent of the fat/triglycerides don't convert into absorbable fatty acids, instead, they are excreted undigested, so you end up taking in less of the bad stuff, thus the weight loss. It contains no stimulants or any extra ingredients besides orlistat, which main purpose is to excrete some of the fat undigested. It's safe, doesn't interact with any psych meds, and effective. Alli only works on enzymes that break down fat, not on other enzymes. So carbohydrates and proteins are not affected. You still absorb those nutrients.

NOW, with all of that going goood, i mess up EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. It's like I excercise eat we;l all day just to munch on stuff from like 11pm-1am. I eat chips, bagels, pop tarts, toaster strudles, sandwhiches, cookies, pudding, yogurt.
I CANNOT STOP the late night cravings, Makes me want to give up on everything, just forget the excercise, forget eating well, im just gonna blow it at night.

What do you think? i mean Im having a lot of trouble with the late night eating. Should i just give it all up, or is it best the way it is? Better to do mostly good than no good at all? I need some motivation or tips. I drink a lot of tea and water at night, but that does nothing, I still eat my a$$ offf.
