Bamb, congrats on your promotion!
I don't have a lot to offer, it just seems to me that if something is truly important, I'll find some time to dedicate myself to it.
For years it's been recovery, no matter what I've found time to make it to meetings every day. But I was dragging my kids into it too, so recently I've put the daily meetings aside and committed myself to spending time with them. It feels good to focus on being a father.
I even found time to get out under the stars with a telescope over the weekend, that's my true passion. It gave me the itch to stargaze regularly again, so I might have to squeeze that into my schedule too.
There's no hurry, plenty of time for me to do so many things in the years ahead, assuming I'm clean and sober to enjoy them
