I barely find myself needing to meditate. Though i should start to pray and meditate even if i'm not anxious, because i do have a lot of hatred and jealousy in me.

I'm glad you didn't pick up. i find that drinking just makes the anxiety and depression worse once the buzz goes away.

Since i don't take Valium after 2pm, I usually start drinking my caffeine products once i know I'll be home and relaxed for the rest of the night. I only get anxious when im out and about. So by 7Pm I'm home. The green tea and sodas help me pep up a lil bit so I can do my excercise around 8:30 ish.

Overall, you have to stay away from caffeine though. Seasonings sleepytime caffeine free tea. Usually sold in the vitamin or diet section of the drug store, or in some supermarkets, where trhe rest of the tea is at. Has some Valerian and a lot of chamomile, so you can relax at night.
Yogi Tea is another good brand. Im not sure what's in their slepytime tea.
Hi Cleansing

Thanks for your reply.

I haven't tried meditation or breathing techniques, I will look them up though. I think I would benefit with a script for valium. I have taken it before and never got addicted to it. I just like being able to have something on hand when the anxiety gets severe, like the other night.

I don't drink coffee, but once in awhile I drink diet soda and green tea. Thanks alot for the tea suggestion, I am going to try that. I heard Valerian is very good for sleep.

Thanks again for the suggestions.
