Of course, I didnt mean this tro be medical advice. Im just saying, Im feeling pretty good with this combo. And I was wondering what you think of my regimen. Is it too much? Do you see any problems in trhe future once I'm off the lexapro, metoprolol, and Valium.
The thing is that I don't even think my anxiety is as bad as other people's. I was never a dailly thing and a lot of it was drug induced. /but i have had fulll blown panic attacks twice and do get dizzy when walking past crowds. Also shake all the time. My anxiety is more physical than mental.
