I'm very overweight. I'm trying my best to watch what I eat. I blew it today.
I go for walks when I can and try to avoid junk food (I love chocolate).
Hang in there and keep posting. Start out with the small things that you can control. Incorporate healthier foods into your diet slowly. That's what I'm doing right now. If I cut out everything at once I'll eventually binge like crazy.
Take it easy.
