Hi there, I have never been through this myslef, but I helped someone who went cold turkey--- it is rough, but after day 3 you should see a difference.
I did tons of research, and epsom salt in the tub helps with the legs and pain,
and ironically, a holistic cures book said to put bars of ivory soap under your legs and lye on them. I know it sounds weird, but it is supposed to help. Also, magnisum sulfate vitamins that you can get at any store will help with that.
Just what I have read and heard.
Good luck to you, I would suggest posting and posting, and keep posting to keep your mind active, (p.s- you will get tired also, try to sleep as much as possible to quiet your mind- but definatly try the soap and salt baths)
p.s. melatonin vitamins can be bought at any store as well, this will help you sleep!
