glad you had a nice day/night out.
i dont think he would have asked you if he did not think he liked you or to spend time with you.
think of it that way, a nice person to spend time with and you can both be happy with that, until or unless it develops into something bigger.
it is always handy to have good friends around, especially those who like mini golf and take you out to dinner!!
