I am not on any meds right now but I tried Slimquick recently and it didn't work. I have tried Hydroxycut in the past as well and I found the only thing that works is exercise and eatting in moderation. I did have some weird but not terrible mood swings, but while I was on Slimquick I was also doing the South Beach diet and was depriving myself of too many foods. Good luck to you...I always find though I feel mentally better after exercise, even just a quick walk around the block.
