Yeah, I might have to drink more water. At night I get these huge cravings to eat, and instead of drinking some water, i go for bagels and chips and soda. It's like i have to eat bad, otherwise i don't feel as good. But then I wake up in the morning hating my gut, and just wishing i didn't eat after 8pm.
I drink a lot of green tea. Does that help?
