[Cleansing]

I'm 5' 9"/175 pounds/Male/23

I won't see my psycdoc til Friday, so Im asking you guys about this stuff first. I sort of want to buy something by tuesday, if there's anything out there worth it.

I noticed that on the info slip that comes with my meds, some mention that you should seek advice from a doctor if you are taking psycmeds plus diet pills.

But aren't there pills out there which are effective and not necc. diet pills?
I used Revolution Abdominal Cuts for a bout a month.

It says it's made up of naturally occuring healthy oils which lead to weight loss around the stomach and abdomen. Plus it has no stimulants in them, so i figured it would be safe to use. Didn't sound like a regular diet pill.
Problem is that my front side didn't go down after using them for a MONTH. I still have a gut. And I run every other day, use my gazelle on the alternate days, and do some crunches (90) and push ups (36) everday.


I think my problem is that I still over eat. But I really want to lose weight quicker. Is there anything out there that won't messs with your brain chemistry or interact with psyc meds? Anything that works, that is.
