Every time I attend a meeting and see someone 'fresh'
shaking, sweating, obviously sick,
pale, usually emaciated....
I remember the shape I was in
when I returned to AA.
I'm always so grateful to see them.
I find my tolerance level
is directly proportionate
to my Spiritual Condition at the time.
I''m talking tolerance of the other things that accompany
the over the top examples of sobriety.
Carol, thanks for getting up every morning and putting up these daily reflections.
