I am not going to beat myself up today.
Today, I will forgive myself. Today, I will thank God for this life, I will live in gratitude and seek to serve my higher power. Today I will do my best to let go of old ideas, to stay open to a different perspective on life. I will rise above my demons, I will thank them for their message and move on to the angels. I will respect my body, honor it, trust it. I binge and overeat because it has been my coping mechanism for so long. this is ok, I forgive myself. God is love, God is all powerful, and God is everything and then some. Not food. Not my weight or looks. God heals all. A diet doesnt. Control doesnt. Bingeing doesnt. Beating myself up doesnt. I don't. God can and WILL if he is SOUGHT.
