BTW, I want to say that the reason I've been using the COWS is that the first time I saw a Dr. to get on Subs, she used the COWS in the induction. Also, I'm SOOO paranoid about taking the Subs too early, since I have done so in the past, and want to be extra sure when I take the Subs thats I'm ready.
