thanks live!

I ate fast food too today... popcorn and a muffin and chocolate! Oh well. I am not beating myself up this time, I dont want to feel like I did before.

Finding out my fullness when eating is the challenge right now. I let myself starve then I dont feel the full signals. It's ok, it's normal, it's part of the process.. Olympic champions train for a long long long time before they even get into the olympics! Who am I to think that I am going to learn this over night?
