Thanks for starting this thread OB. I'll contribute this to the toolbox: A book called "The Mindful Way through Depression". I'm finding it to be a really good companion to recovery work, it's a simple read and includes a CD with several meditations.
I went to a seminar recently and at the end the presenter had us listen to a 10 minute meditation, it was incredible the effect that small window of time had on all of us! I am now looking for more meditation CDs, so if anyone has suggestions of ones they've used/liked, would appreciate it, thanks!
